Dee Vee Couture

We offer refunds for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described on our website. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

We do not offer refunds for products that do not fit or meet your expectations. Please refer to our size guide and product descriptions before making a purchase.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within 7 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to place the order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
